Notes
Slightly earlier session as I was going away after lunch. Possibly a little ambitious with the squat, it was hard and less RIR than planned (aka 1ish). But will see how I feel, as all squats seem to feel heavy. The second third is the hardest, so will be working on that in the off season. Paused bench was easy.
