Paused Deadlifts: warmups, 198x3x3
Lying extensions: 60x8, 85x8, 95x8, 100x8
Notes
Left should is angry, but still moving. Weights were correctly selected for once. Will start stretching again. Shouldn't have stopped but thats life. things moved ok. Deadlifts moved well, happy.
