Warmups
SSB Paused Squats: warmups, 145x6, 155x6, 162.5x6
Standing leg curls: 20x12, 30x12x3
BFR leg extensions (reclined): 30x20, 40x20x4
Pulldown abs: 30x12, 50x12x3

Notes
Slept like garbage and felt like it.  Got outside late, and got really warm.  The session went ok considering.  Tiring.
