Bleh. Really didn't feel it today. Slightly overshot my RIR, but the first four reps felt easy, then it just died. Likely groove issue, but yeah. Need to fix the groove. Paused deadlifts were fine, a bit longer pause would be good but thats ok. They were not hard.
Grip was fine.
