Notes
Weee. Lower felt tired and sore today, but all moved well enough. Bench moved, everything else was hard work, but pretty good. Heavy week next week, so will eat breakfast first and then go into squatting. This week was pretty normal, couple of coffees, plus protein, plus banana.
