BFR leg extensions: 40x20x4
Pulldowns abs: 50x12x3
Notes
Lower left SI/back was being a pain after deadlifts. So took things slowly and surely. Certainly felt a bit better after that. Everything else was fine. Accidentally went up heaver in my ab work. Oops.
