SSB Paused squats: warmups, 145x6, 150x6
Standing leg curls: 10x12, 20x12, 30x12x4
BFR leg extensions (reclined): 35x20, 40x20x3
Pulldown abs: 30x12, 50x12, 55x12, 60x12
Notes
Feeling quite beat from deadlifts, but things moved ok. Certainly better than last competition block, before Nationals 24. Still a few more weeks, but feeling ok and moving ok.
