Warmups
Treadmill: 10minutes hard

Accessory
Box squats: 60xlots
Sumo deadlifts: 60xlots

Supplementary
Standing Rows: stackx12x3

Notes
Just a lot of practice with the box squats and pulls. Stretched the lower body but its still feeling tired and sore.
