Smiths BNP: 60x5, 90x5, 95x5, 100x5, 60x5

Other
Box jump: top box-x3x3
Standing leg curls: 30x15x3
Xtrainer: 13mins, 10mins(#5/>70rpm) and warmdown
Stretch, roller, stretch, roller, stretch

Notes
Entire shoulder girdle feeling like toast. Some pain down the right side, scap area, but otherwise OK. Rest, recover, eat, roll, tennisball, etc
