Chins: 0x3, +5x3x3

Conditioning
15minute Circuit - Db Shoulder press 2/16x10, db row 2/16x10, 15, db squat 16x10: 13 rounds

Notes
Another warm day. Finished rather sweaty. Overall OK. No shoulder pain on overheads.
