Leg Press: warmups, 220x8, 240x8 @6

Cardio
Cycle: 32minutes (warmup, 25minutes @140-150bpm, warmdown)

Notes
Back felt tired from Wednesdays rows, but went ok. Gonna ache something fierce tomorrow.
