Warmups
Treadmill: 5minutes moderate

Weights
Box squats: warmups, 140x3, 160x3, 170x3 @7
Sumo Deadlifts: warmups, 140x3, 150x3, 160x3 @9

Warmdown
Xtrainer: 10minutes whatever

Notes
No gear used. Weights were OK, but the body is not used to doing deads.
