Woot stuff
Bench (purple under bench): warmups, 100x3x3
2board (purple under bench): 120x3, 140x3, 160x3x3
Rower HIIT: ~7mins with 4/30second 1:35-1:50/500m
Seated GM: 60x8x3
Treadmill: 15minutes moderate
Curls: up to 20x5x2
Pushdown machine: up to 84x5

Notes
First session this week, felt OK but will be sore tomorrow. Too many douchebags at this time of night.
