1board (soft touch n go): warmups, 140x3, 170x1, 190x1, 205x1, 162.5x8
Bb kennelly extension: warmups, 40x5, 60x5, 70x5
Pulldown: warmups, 68x5, 82x5, 96x5

Cardio
Xtrainer: 25minutes (250kcal - new machine)

Notes
Wee, gonna be sore. Weights were good, other than the garbage bar on squats.
