Incline bench (touch and go): warmups, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3, 102.5x8
Seated Leg Curls: warmups, up to 89x5
Pulldowns: warmups, up to 89x5

Rower HIIT: 6minutes (warmup, 4x20:40, warmdown)
Xtrainer: 15minutes moderate
Walking: 3km
