Weights
2board: warmups, 100x5x2, 140x5x2, 140x10
Sumo deadlifts: warmups, 140x5x2
Pulldown rows: 57x15x3

Cardio
Treadmill: 15minutes mod/hard
Walk to drop stuff off: 30mins or so

Notes
Awesome, got back to the gym again, and got to find that most of the new bars are twisted already. Thats some good skills. Short little session, horrible stuff as its muggy as hell.
