Squats: warmups, lots of warmups, 180x8, 100x8
Lying leg curl: to stack x8
Seated leg curl: to 61x12

Notes
Ouch.  Not perfect technique, as I haven't gone above 100 much for a number of weeks.  But wanted to do more.
