Paused pin press: warmups, 180x1, 140x5x2
Pulldowns x lots, facepulls

Notes
Felt like hot trash.  Chest is feeling beat and there was no speed at all.  I don't like pin presses as a main movement, or for higher reps.  The next block will drop them to 3's, and controlled loading.
