Deadlifts: warmups, 180x1, 200x1, 170x5x2 @6
Notes
Adductor is still a bitch, but survived the deadlifts. Pin press felt eh, but it is only the first week back into it, so it should all progress nicely. Called the deadlifts early, likely the 200 was @6
