Closegrip feetup bench: warmups, 100x8, 97.5x8x3
Squat: warmups, 180x1, 200x1, 187.5x1x4
Front squats: 60x8x2, 80x8
Stepups: +20x8x3
Pushdowns: 25x8x4
Notes
First session benching in a fortnight. Felt ok, a little stiff here and there. Squat felt good, and strong in the end. Front squats feel better with the oly shoes. Cossack style.
