Sumo deadlifts: warmups, 210x1, 160x2, 160x4x2

Have a competition date in a couple of months, so time to get moving. Sumo pulls for most of it, then transition across to the competition movement a couple of weeks out to adjust. Split squats for mah adductor maintenance.
