Squat: warmups, 160x1, 170x1, 147x5x4
Close grip 1board: warmups, 137.5x6, 140x6, 142.5x6
Pulldowns: warmups, 70x12x3, 70x8, 50x12
Notes
Hot session (for me..). Hottest of the year so far. Also not really recovered from Saturday. Guess more protein and carbs doesn't fix the lack of good sleep caused by having a few too many beersies. Oh well, onwards. Sticking with the set loading for the next couple of weeks before I deload, and start the correct competition cycle heading towards the Regionals. So squat/deadlift go out of sync to bench for a few weeks. Close grips went well. The pulldowns were heavier than I thought I was going to do, but seeing as I cannot count when its hot and all that.
