Nice day.  BFR doesn't seem to do much on my lower body.

Not funny

Had a sorta regression, but driven by sleeping on the wrong side which still tears it up.  

Had done squats to 120, with leg extensions before hand on Tuesday.  Then left it for the week.  The shoulder got stirred up by driving to Paekakariki on Saturday but bounced back quickly.

Shoulder felt better in the evening.  Felt fine overnight too, with painkillers taking that edge off.
