Warmups
Foam Press: warmups, 121.5x7x4
HB squat: warmups, 192.5x1, 157.5x5x3
Standing pulldowns: 50x8x4
Overhead press: warmups, 63x6, 66x6, 69x6

Notes
Moved ok, will have to modify my percentages next time round.  Maybe.  Squat single felt easy, the reps felt hard.  All good though.
