Foam press: warmups, 125.5x7x5
HB squat: warmups, 180x1, 159.5x5
Standing pulldowns: warmups, 50x12x3

Notes
Full bench with an extra set, short/slightly light squat session.   Spotting loading this week, so have to balance it all.
