Notes
Not the best afternoon.  I had a massive walk at lunchtime and think that contributed to a binge.  Feeling rather uncomfortable I then trained.  Weights moved ok, but feel like a hot mess.  At least tomorrow is an off day, but will reduce food intake for the day, regardless of what the target is.
