Walk
Adductor squeeze
Side lunges
SSB squats: warmups, 67x8x2, 87x8, 100x8x2
SSB step-ups: 27x8x2
Leg extensions: 20x50, 20x40x2
Pulldowns: 50x12x3

Notes
Weeeeeeeeee new bar!!!!   I didn't enjoy it, but it hammered my quads nicely.  I also enjoyed the step-ups.  Still have to figure out the process/approach to doing them.  Happy with the work done.
