Walk
Adductor squeeze, Lateral squats 
Squats: warmups, 205x5, 192.5x5x2
Warmups
Bench: warmups, 130x7x3

Notes
Late again, but good session.  The lower back 'pain' is still there but reduced.  Felt ok during all sets.  Shoulder was slightly better again.  I will keep doing the things that appear to be working.  Have to ensure I am still stretching though.
