Notes
The top set left my back a little sore, right hand side - normal side for pain - and the second set was ok but was ramping it up a little bit so didn't complete the last set. I likely picked a slightly too heavy load for the first week, but will survive. The problem was increased by slowly losing my grip across the set, and that meant I had to reset for hte last rep, which felt like I rounded during the movement.
