Deadlifts: warmups, 220x4x2
Notes
Feeling a bit beaten this morning, but OK session. Hips, legs, etc. Bench was feeling ok for warmup with the shoulder still in there but better for the sets. Easy work though. Deadlifts were eh... I used straps for my top set cos the hands are sore, but the stupid left strap keeps undoing (will buy some new ones). Chalked the second set and it worked better.
