Notes
Weee. Felt tired and sore. But things were great. Squats felt hard but solid. Bench was fine, shoulder was only modest issue today. Elbow is pain 7/10, shoulder is 2-3/10. SSB squats were heavy as hell. Left leg was better than right leg by a mile.
