Notes
Jesus H Corbet. 12.5kg best, 17.5 up on last nationals. Harder of course. Hands are sore, so grip was the thing giving out which always makes things harder. My weight from last year was 240, so that my back-off, lower back is toasted. Will see about RDL later.
