Walk
Adductor squeeze, Lateral squats
Squats: warmups, 190x1
Deadlifts: warmups, 190x1
Copenhagen Adductor: 20x3

Notes
Just testing out the body.  I can feel the lower back, but its not a sharp pain.  Will track recovery and see how it goes.
