Pulldowns: warmups, 50x20x4
Landmine press (both): warmups, 20x20x4
Single Arm Pushdowns: warmups, 12.5x20x4

Notes
Little bit of accessory work.  Just blood flow mainly.  Lower back is 'there' but not feeling too bad.  Happy with the progress made.   Thread the needle.
