Push up plus: BWx10, +redbandx10x2
Overhead press: 20x8x2, 25x8
Close grip pulldowns: warmups, 60x12x3
Lu Raises: 5x20x3
Single arm pushdown: warmup, 15x12x3, 10x13 

Notes
Nice session.  Bench, and shoulder, felt better but not perfect.  Chest actually felt sore the following day.  Will continue to take it as it comes.  I feel like its progressing in the right direction.  No chickens have been counted.
