Squat: warmups, 190x1, 160x5x2
SSB squat: 120x10x3
BFR leg extension: 25x50, x40, x30, x25, x20
BFR leg curl: 25x30x2, x25, x20
BFR stepup: BWx15
Stepup: BWx15, x20

Notes
Voooomit.  Increased volume this cycle.  Plus added back the squats as the starting movement.  Thats a fair whack of work.
