Walk
Warmups
High bar squats: warmups, 180x5x2
Bench: warmups, 100x10x5
Orange flyes: Ox20x4
Pulldowns: 50x20x4
Leg extentions BFR: 27x30x4
Pushdowns: 10x20, 20x20, 25x20, 30x20, 35x20

Notes
Bollocks day.  Squats were ok, every topset is hard regardless of the weight.  Don't know why.  Bench, on my warmups I felt the chest pain similar to before nationals.  Ever so slight.  So just did what felt ok, but still did 100 for many sets.   Did flyes to get some stretch/bloodflow going.  Will do some pushup+ work after the main bench day.  Deloading week though, so hope if keeps going.
