Warmups
SSB Squat: warmups, 140x7x2
Banded deadlifts: warmups, 140+minix4x3 
LEg curl: 20x12x3
Leg extension: 20x12x3

Notes
Taking the entry point slightly lightly.  As its been some time since I have done a high bar or SSB.  Banded deadlifts felt ok.  Trying to get used to a lower belt position.
