Ok pressing, deadlifts felt bad, but then moved fine. But yeah, the biggest problem is I thought it was 10kg heavier than it was.... oh well. Moved fine.
Things moved nicely. Overhead first set was not nice, but realised I had wore shoes taller than I used to, so the pin I press from was set a little low.
Almost immediately after my last session a week and a bit ago, I tested positive for covid. Haven't done anything between then and now. On the upswing but still getting fatigued easily.
