Not a bad session. Still quite sore from Tuesdays session, but weights were pretty reasonable. Heaviest I have squatted in ages, and bench was OK considering I haven't trained it in months. Neither bench or squat were true maxes, but heavy enough for the day.

Yes, I trained again. Its a seldomly practiced item at the moment. Squats are strong, probably around the heaviest that I have performed with no belt. Bodyweight helps this.

Been a long time. Finally got back to the gym, to discover they have new bars available. Left shoulder has been painful over the break and was sore as hell today. Stretching and other movements should help. Uni' students are also back in town, which makes it colourful.
